How to pass your RYA Shorebased course

We’d like to help you pass your RYA Shorebased course. To make it a little easier:

Our Step-by-Step guides:

Firstly students on our course are provided with our step by step guides. We know that for many some of the course  work is new. Concepts like an Estimated Positions, Courses to Steer, Tidal Hours, and Secondary Ports corrections are new and unfamiliar.  That’s why we have been busy producing the guides so our students have a more  enjoyable course, and easier time preparing their work, and something of value to keep. If you’d like a sample please just send us an email.

Leith Nautical Sailing Academy videos:

Secondly  we have produced a series of short videos, which are now available on You Tube. Think of them as our online guides. They are all based on student feedback on key topics they would like some help with. We have a sample  below  at the bottom of the page and you will find the full series on our You Tube Channel.

You will find  our complete selection on You Tube by searching for “Leith Nautical Sailing Academy”.
